Kaitlin Nowrey

Kaitlin is the owner of Tri-County Counseling Services and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in working with individuals, couples, and families. Kaitlin takes a warm, direct, and active stance in working with her clients to support a shared and collaborative vision, tailoring her therapeutic approach to best fit the unique needs of each client while utilizing modalities such as CBT and DBT. Kaitlin strives to help clients gain awareness into their patterns of behavior, as well as implement change to achieve the relationships and life they desire. Kaitlin has extensive experience in working with systemic issues, childhood trauma, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and couples counseling. Kaitlin is certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT) and trained in Eco-Systemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT).
